When I started at Kiwi.com, Covid restrictions came along. Soon I started with a crisis communication. In a short time I produced explaanimations for website, to help customers understand the complicated situation regarding refunds for their purchased tickets. I followed up with their illustration style and created series of animations explaining different situations for customers.
